This is a good McDonalds. Fairly quick service. Easy to see in traffic.
Quick food, two lane drive through, no outside seating or play place for kids. Quick, speedy services, very economical, always well staffed and overall cleanly. Well lit and kept bathrooms, with hand dryers versus paper towels that always efficiently stocked. Trash cans throughout the inside, bathrooms, and outside of building as well as a well lit arch above and easy to see from the main road. A big parking lot with lots of room and easy to manuever, and wheelchair accessible.
Food okay minus the hard fries. Customer service scores a 2 only because of two nice girls. In short the worker who took my order didn't seem happy to assist me. I then went to second window and questioned the change received as I thought it was wrong (in the end it was correct). The manager " Steven" came to the window and the first thing he said was "let me see it" in a rude and aggressive tone. With me having several years in customer service including fast food and supervisor experience I know that's not the way to address the situation. He continued to be rude and stand offish through the whole conversation. I didn't like how I was addressed as a customer so I called back and asked for him to get corporates number. Once I asked for the number his response was "What? Do you still have a problem with the change". I explained to him why I was calling and get told "oh okay". No apology...it's as simple as you don't like your job go work somewhere else don't give me poor attitude because you had a bad night or unhappy.
Attention to detail is important in every aspect of fast food. This location has failed on multiple levels to achieve that standard. The last two times I have visited this location they have messed up the order. Our last order of a ten piece chicken nuggets came without ANY sauce despite the BBQ sauce we ordered and saw appearing on the screen. Also on the screen was a regular fountain coke instead we received a coke zero. I reiterate: attention to detail was not achieved.
No matter what time of day I go the staff is always so rude.. they never smile no eye contact.. they look at u like they hate their jobs... the manager really needs to teach the crew some things I'm really surprised it's still in business and the food is always cold and nasty...
