Customer service is nice but if you need a part they have to order it from another store and the prices are slightly higher than other stores.
Store layout makes finding items easy.
Some know what they are doing some don't some shouldn't even be on their own because of The little knowledge on a lot of stuff that is plain common sense to people who know cars

Drove from Nebraska to Arizona and got caught in some rain and snow. Stopped here to get some new wipers since the ones on my car were old. Someone from the desk asked me for the year of my car (not even make and model) and looked on his computer faster than I could navigate the little screen in the wiper section. He showed me which ones I needed, brought me up to the counter, and asked if I wanted them to install them. I agreed and he took them out of the boxes to go install them on my car. He was done changing them before I was even finished paying for them. I also had some problems with my windshield fluid sprayers (hose broke). I had some hose in my car but no clamps. I went in again and they gave me a few zip ties just to get home. Made it home safely with the help of the people here.
