Ok hospital, has a VA clinic. The er is hit or miss, can be horribly busier than some other bigger hospitals. Often waiting on the one physician that mans a 14 room er
I have had two babies in this hospital and had a great experience both times. The nurses are AWESOME! I loved all of them. I am literally afraid to have another kid because I'm afraid Doctor Schmucker won't be delivering babies anymore. I can't imagine trusting someone else to deliver my baby! He is so extremely knowledgeable and caring that I always knew I could trust his judgement and that I was in good hands.
This facility has taken great care of my parents. The Doctors and nurses express sincerity and compassion about the people they take care of. They answer questions, offer ancillary services and basically exude compassion. I am very satisfied with their service as a health care facility. This community is fortunate to have such a hospital. Thank you for your great service.
Unfriendly, non helpful nurses. Work on your bedside manner. Would not explain results or my test to me, nor answer any questions straight forward. Came out with the same amount of information I had came in with, waste of time.
While in vacation, I recently went to the ER extremely ill. The help I received was rapid, thorough, and appropriate. I spent overnight in ICU, and both staff and treatment were terrific. I was also one night in a room, and again everything was excellent. I have been to big city hospitals 3 times in the last few years, and both staff and treatment at AVRMC were as good as the larger hospitals. I deeply appreciate the staff and the quality of care I received. Thank you all!
