POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend's father-in-law just recently moved out of state and asked for his records to be faxed to his new medical doctor. She received verification from Dr. Bobba's office that this had been done, when in fact the records were never received. When she called, I was near her, she was greeted with a rude woman who called her a b*tch as she hung up the phone on her. My friend called back and asked to speak with her supervisor and the lady said that wasn't possible. Then the receptionist blamed her rude behavior on "a difficult pregnancy" and that her doctor told her she "doesn't get paid enough" to deal with this! My friend remained courteous and respectful and this woman unloaded on her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bobba's for several years. Although I have had to call ball on office help a few times, the quality of medical care I get from teh doctor herself is excellent. She is a thorough provider and concerned about overall wellness. I have never felt rushed or like I got a prescription just to hurry me out of the office. Dr. Bobba is a valuable asset to the area's medical community.
