I've boycott3d because the foods been atrocious and slowly made my way back. Great for drinks sometimes. I enjoy the one two towns over for the food more.
For the most part is Sonic has Awesome food and service. Peak hours can be a little slow. And night time you can watch the workers sitting on the counters and laughing and having a grand ol time then your food comes out cold and not put together we'll. Cheese mostly off sandwich is not how people like it. But man that food is good.
ordered 2 items and asked for extra ketchup carhop was friendly and made sure my order was correct, took just over 5 minutes
Sonic has a reputation for fast, quick food delivered after ordering either via drive thru or parking and ordering at the kiosk. This location has a bit longer wait time for food delivery and the quality of the food sometimes is questionable. A quick heads-up to your server or at the kiosk and they usually take care of your concerns appropriately. Watch out during 'busy' times as when ordering larger order of Mozzarella Sticks, for example, of 16, they will only pack 12 or when ordering all large fries only will give you medium. Yeah, kinda dumb to complain over that but with a service that is soon to be paying its employees $12/hr, attention to detail would be awesome! ;)
Had to wait in 100 degree weather for 10 minutes .... still no answer. Drove through the drive thru still no one at home!!!! Had to honk the horn. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon and there were only 3 cars 2 of which already had there orders. Car was overheating from running the air and the manager wants to know what stall I was in! Last time I went there took an order home only to discover there was no meat in the bun!!!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! Will drive to Rocky Ford Sonic ..... better, faster and friendly service! Left one star if I could have left one that would have been better!!!!!!!!
